1. What size of poster?
A space of 120 cm long X 120 cm wide on a board of 180 cm tall is available for each poster. You may use the whole or part of it, but should not have the poster exceed the size. Keep a blank of 10 cm long X 25 cm wide at the top left corner of the board, where the symposium staff already puts your poster number.
2. How can I attach the poster to the board?
Most posters can be attached to the bulletin boards with Velcro. The supplies of Velcro will be available on site. With some poster boards, although a pin and a tape are used, those supplies are prepared here.
3. Where and when will posters be displayed?
The poster session will be held in the conference room.
The conference room will open at 1:30 pm of July 29th (Thu) to put posters.
In the room you will find your board with your poster number on the top left corner.
Poster contributors should put posters in the afternoon of July 29th (from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm), or in the morning of July 30th.
4. When and how long will the poster session be held?
The poster sessions will be held on July 30th (Fri), from 11:00 am to 0:30 pm (the morning session), 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (the afternoon session). Poster contributors are requested to stand in front of their posters and give talks with audience in the morning session for the posters with even numbers or in the afternoon session for those with odd numbers.
5. When should posters be removed?
The poster session will be open from July 29th through August 1st. Poster contributors are requested to remove them by 5:00 pm of August 1st. Symposium will not be responsible for posters remained after 5:30 pm of the day.
